Job Summary
We are looking for a SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) L2 Support Engineer to provide production support for enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ support, user lifecycle management, access provisioning, troubleshooting, and incident management. Candidates with 1+ years of relevant SailPoint IIQ experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) production environments.
Monitor and troubleshoot user provisioning and de-provisioning issues.
Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.
Resolve incidents related to account aggregation, identity cubes, workflows, and scheduled tasks.
Handle access requests, role assignments, and entitlement management.
Troubleshoot SailPoint IIQ logs and identify root causes of production issues.
Work on incident, service request, problem, and change management activities.
Support access certification campaigns and governance processes.
Coordinate with application owners, infrastructure,
and security teams for issue resolution.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Participate in rotational shift support and on-call activities, if required.
Required Technical Skills
1–3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Support.
Positive understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
Hands-on experience with:

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Experience with Active Directory (AD) and/or LDAP.
Knowledge of ServiceNow or any ITSM ticketing tool.
Basic knowledge of SQL and Linux/Unix commands.
