Position: ELV-BMS (Electronic Life Safety, Low Voltage & Building Management Systems) Project Engineer

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹55,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities





Execute ELV and BMS projects end-to-end — from site survey to commissioning and client handover.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA/VA, and BMS systems.
Coordinate seamlessly with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Prepare BOQs, technical submittals, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and project documentation.
Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables — proactively mitigating risks and delays.
Conduct site inspections and enforce quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Troubleshoot technical challenges during installation and commissioning phases.
Ensure strict adherence to project specs, industry standards (IS, NEC, NFPA), and client expectations.
Support project planning, resource mobilization, and regular progress reporting.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrument
