Job Purpose
* Responsible for Regional Fiber Planning,
Projects and Operation functions.
* Deliver planning, project and operations KPIs as per Organization requirement
* Meet mobility & enterprise services experience expectation by implementing
highest quality of workmanship and cost effective operating model
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
* Enhance VIL’s fiber footprint to connect mobility and enterprise services by
cost effective and efficient planning & budgeting within the region.
* Responsible for annual Capex & Opex forecast and control.
* Optimal utilization of Fiber Capex to deliver best in class and scalable
fiber infrastructure with resiliencies to ensure high standard network
uptime.
* Developing, onboarding and Operationalization of IRU partners to deliver
additional fiber requirements of VIL.
* Rollout of OWN & IRU fiber as per AOP target. Enable new POP and NW rollout
by providing new fiber pairs as per requirement.
