Location : Nashik (Travel to Pune, Mumbai and other company locations as required)
Experience Required : 12 - 15 ( Minimum 8-10 years as Lead - L&D;)

Role Overview :
Lead – Learning & Development will be responsible for designing, implementing, and driving the organization's learning strategy to enhance employee capability, leadership effectiveness, technical competencies, and organizational performance. The role will partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps, establish competency frameworks, manage learning budgets, evaluate training effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities :
Learning Strategy
Develop and execute the organization's Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
Build annual and quarterly learning calendars.
Establish a competency-based learning framework across all functions.
Drive a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Training Need Analysis (TNA)




Conduct organization-wide Training Need Analysis.
Work closely with Functional Heads to identify technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training requirements.
Prioritize learning initiatives based on business impact.
Technical & Functional Learning
Design technical capability development programs for Engineering, Controls, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Service teams.
Coordinate internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external trainers.
Develop certification-based learning programs.
Leadership Development
Design leadership development programs for managers and future leaders.
Implement succession development initiatives.
Facilitate coaching and mentoring programs.
Employee Development
Design Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Drive career development and capability enhancement initiatives.
Support internal mobility through structured development programs.
