Job Purpose
Person will be responsible for hardware and Software maintenance of all Core
Nodes deployed at the location.
Node includes Core nodes like MSS/MGW/GCS/GMGW of Nokia and Ericsson. UDR HLR
Set up of Nokia. Nokia VOLTE Set up.

* Maintaining 100% uptime of all Core Nodes.
* MSS and MGW Hardware n Spare Management.
* Periodic Core Nodes System and External Backup.
* To support/Undertake various measures to address Customer Complaints.
* POI, BSC, and RNC Integration with Core Nodes.
* Day to Day Configurations in Core Nodes.
* Support in maintaining Network Performance KPIs as per Threshold.
* New Nodes Integration and Commissioning Support.
* Support for MOP integration and integration related activities.
* Handling Care Cases and Operational Emergencies
