What you will be doing?
Drafting and reviewing a wide array of legal and commercial agreements, encompassing negotiation and ensuring comprehensive closure of such agreements.
Coordinating closely with external legal counsels, advisors, and consultants to oversee the intricacies of commercial transactions and provide advisories, while also liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless end-to-end closure.
Offering informed guidance to internal stakeholders on general statutory compliances and effectively managing disputes, which may entail drafting and/or responding to legal notices.
