We are looking for an experienced CFD Engineer with strong expertise in StarCCM+ for model
preparation, meshing, and airflow analysis. The role involves performing CFD simulations
focused on airflow, pressure loss, porous media, and fan performance — specifically related to
HVAC systems and railway environment conditions. The engineer must be able to independently
handle complete simulation workflows and provide accurate insights to support engineering
decisions.
Key Responsibilities
CFD model preparation: Model simplification and meshing (StarCCM+)
CFD analysis: Mainly airflow and pressure losses analysis through the HVAC unit
Proficient on CFD analysis with StarCCM
Lateral airflow loads on Railway environment conditions
Fan simulations
Porous media pressure losses: Filters, coils …
Interpret simulation results and share findings with engineering teams
Requirements
Must Have Experience:
