About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Lead Salesforce Administrator to own and evolve our Salesforce environment in support of Sales, Marketing, Growth, and executive reporting.

This role will be responsible for improving the way we use Salesforce to manage accounts, contacts, opportunities, campaigns, activities, marketing engagement, sales follow-up, and leadership visibility. The ideal candidate will bring strong Salesforce administration experience, practical Sales Cloud expertise, and a transparent understanding of how CRM platforms support pipeline generation, sales execution, marketing campaigns, and revenue operations.

This is a senior individual contributor role with significant cross-functional influence. You will work closely with US-based stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Growth, Operations, and Technology to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, improve data quality, and drive more consistent CRM adoption.

Healthcare experience is preferred, but the core need is strong Salesforce administration, sales and marketing operations support,



CRM governance, reporting, and platform optimization.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, configuration, and optimization.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Growth, Revenue Operations, and Technology teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, reports, dashboards, and automation.
Manage Salesforce campaign setup and governance, including campaign hierarchy, member statuses, campaign influence, and reporting standards.
Support marketing campaign execution by ensuring contacts, lists, engagement data, and follow-up workflows are structured correctly in Salesforce.
Manage Salesforce integrations with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Pardot / Account Engagement, or Marketo.
