services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate
customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and
consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs
and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing consultative

The Integration Engineer ensures that

facilitating seamless implementation and integration across various platforms
and systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple
teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative
approaches to resolve them.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to
ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their
skills and performance.
