We are looking for an experienced and results driven Senior Operations Manager to lead our India operations from our Gurgaon office.
Position Summary
The Senior Operations Manager will oversee the day to day operations of NexGenTek India and ensure seamless coordination across Recruitment, Human Resources, Finance, Administration, Compliance, Client Operations, and Business Support.
This leadership role requires a proactive individual who can improve operational efficiency, build scalable processes, manage cross functional teams, and support the company's continued growth in India and globally.
This is a hybrid role, requiring regular presence in our Gurgaon office while allowing flexibility to work remotely based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Business Operations
Lead the day to day operations of NexGenTek India.
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
Build and improve standard operating procedures.
Drive operational excellence across all business functions.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor Recruitment, HR, Administration, Finance Coordination, and Operations teams.
Establish clear goals, KPIs, and accountability.
Foster a high performance and team-oriented work culture.
Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
Recruitment Operations
Oversee recruitment delivery and client fulfillment.
Monitor recruiter productivity and hiring metrics.
Ensure service level agreements are consistently achieved.
