* Testing all aspects of the product/system including function/component,
system, performance, regression, and service.
* Setting up of test environments, designing test plans, developing test
cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases.
* Able to Create, Assign, and track the project/module work plans for delivery
and provide the technical guidance for work completion.
* Ability to plan work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality
standards.
* Ability to troubleshoot quality issues and modify test procedures based on
the Root Cause Analysis.
* Ensure process improvements and compliance in the assigned module and
participate in technical discussions or review.
* Partner with the automation team to develop strategy/effort and generate
scripts to perform automated testing.
* Leading the QA team to design and create test conditions, test data and test
automation scripts to address business and technical use cases.
* Experience in Various Testing Phases- Functional, Regression, Integration,
User Acceptance and Performance Testing.




* Ability to Define metrics, create reports, and develop statistics, for
organizational reporting and monitoring of quality processes within QA
department.
* Analyze existing QA quality processes and develop new or revised quality
standards as needed.
* Manages teams with integrity, ethical business practices, and in accordance
with Mouser policies, procedures, and practices.
* Makes suggestions and recommendation for these employees regarding
performance, including hiring, transfer, advancement, and termination.
* Expertise in testing techniques and review process.
* Positive understanding and business knowledge in areas of QA as to what Business
users will experience – UI/UX.
* Ability to use a wide variety of open-source automation technologies and
tools.
* Ability to execute automation scripts and train team members as required.
* Exposure in automation testing frameworks and tools- Selenium, BDD, pytest,
QTP, Robot
