Job Summary

The Relationship Manager in Mahbubnagar is responsible for building and
maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their
financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role focuses on client
acquisition, retention, and growth within the Mahbubnagar region.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the
existing customer base in Mahbubnagar.
* Cultivate and nurture solid relationships with high-value clients, serving as
their primary point of contact.
* Understand client financial objectives and provide expert advice on suitable
products and services.
* Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products based on
client needs and company offerings.
* Monitor client portfolios and market trends to provide timely and relevant
recommendations.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally,
ensuring client satisfaction.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators
(KPIs).

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related
field.
* Proven experience (3+ years) in relationship management, sales, or customer
service, preferably within the financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of financial products and services.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.
* Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving targets.
* Proficiency in local language (Telugu) and English is essential.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with the Mahbubnagar market and local clientele is an advantage.
