Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Test Engineer to support DALI interoperability and
certification testing activities. This role requires a hands-on
execution-focused engineer with robust attention to detail and ownership.
Candidates should be comfortable working independently and delivering quality
outcomes.

Key Areas of Responsibility





* DEVELOP AND EXECUTE TEST PLANS AND PROCEDURES FOR DALI INTEROPERABILITY AND
CERTIFICATION TESTING

* IDENTIFY, ANALYZE, AND DOCUMENT DEFECTS AND INCONSISTENCIES IN PRODUCT
BEHAVIOR WITH CLEAR ROOT CAUSE UNDERSTANDING

* PERFORM TESTING USING REQUIRED TOOLS, TEST SETUPS, AND SPECIALIZED
ENVIRONMENTS FOR PROTOCOL/DEVICE VALIDATION

* ENSURE PRODUCT COMPLIANCE WITH DALI STANDARDS AND INTERNAL QUALITY
REQUIREMENTS

* PREPARE DETAILED TEST REPORTS AND PROVIDE ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS TO IMPROVE
PRODUCT QUALITY

* ENSURE THOROUGH VALIDATION BY COVERING NEGATIVE, BOUNDARY, AND INTEGRATION
SCENARIOS

* CONTRIBUTE TO IMPROVING TEST COVERAGE AND OVERALL TEST EFFECTIVENESS THROUGH
CONTINUOUS FEEDBACK AND ANALYSIS

* DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN TEST AUTOMATION SCRIPTS (PYTHON / EXISTING FRAMEWORKS)
FOR IDENTIFIED SCENARIOS

* IDENTIFY MANUAL TEST CASES SUITABLE FOR AUTOMATION AND PROGRESSIVELY INCREASE
