Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely salary processing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll management, statutory compliance, employee query resolution, and payroll reporting
Responsibilities
ey Responsibilities• Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and within defined timelines • Maintain and update employee salary records, incentives, bonuses, and deductions • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax (PT), TDS, and MLWF • Prepare, verify, and process Full & Final settlements for exiting employees • Generate salary slips, payroll summaries, and MIS reports • Coordinate with the HR team for payroll inputs, approvals,



and employee updates • Handle employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently • Manage filing of Form 24Q independently and issuance of Form 16 to employees • Maintain payroll documentation and ensure confidentiality of employee data Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, HR, or related field • 4–6 years of relevant payroll experience • Strong understanding of Indian payroll processes and statutory compliance • Good knowledge of payroll taxation and labor laws • Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll reporting • Basic knowledge of Accounting and TALLY is must• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills • Good understanding of payroll software• Good communication and coordination abilities
