Job Purpose

To deliver exceptional volume and revenue performance by acquiring and engaging
with DBS Treasures Private HNI clients with a total relationship value of INR 6




Cr and above. The role requires an experienced wealth management qualified
with strong leadership capabilities, a proven track record in business
development, and the ability to drive both individual and team performance. This
is a revenue-generating role carrying individual business targets while leading
a high-performing team of wealth professionals.

Key Accountabilities

* Achieve monthly and annual sales, revenue, and AUM growth targets for the
Treasures Private Client segment.
* Drive acquisition and deepening of Ultra-HNI and HNI client relationships
with Total Relationship Value (TRV) of INR 6 Cr and above.
* Ensure effective implementation and execution of relationship management and
investment advisory strategies.
* Maintain an optimal product mix across investments, insurance, deposits, and
lending solutions.
* Monitor business performance and ensure achievement of customer experience,
