Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver on operational metrics for the Product and Systems Training team

This includes meeting/exceeding key training outcomes like Training Throughput,
30 day/60 day/90 day performance across productivity and quality

* Developing Training Programs:

This includes creating or updating training materials, designing curriculum, and




selecting appropriate training methods for various roles and levels within the
healthcare organization.

* Leverage Technology to build recent gen/tech based digital Training assets

This involves using platforms to build e-learning content, use AI to create a
customized learning pathway for participants

* Drive value for the business by delivering on projects to reduce learning
