About The Role

We are looking for a highly proactive, responsible, and growth-oriented Human Resource Executive who will act as the Founder's Right Hand and play a critical role in executing strategic and operational initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable wearing multiple hats, taking complete ownership of responsibilities, solving problems independently,



coordinating across departments, and ensuring that execution happens efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring activities.

Employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities.

Performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, HRMS, and HR operations.

Employee grievance handling and workplace discipline.

HR policy implementation and compliance.

Administration

Manage office administration and day-to-day facility operations.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.

Maintain company assets, records, documentation,
