Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other innovative recruitment channels.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across multiple business functions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, design structured hiring processes, and align on hiring expectations.
Source, screen, and coordinate candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.




Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen employer branding through every interaction.
Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and the seamless integration of recent hires.
Support employee engagement initiatives, HR compliance, and employee relations activities.
Maintain recruitment data, hiring trackers, and HR documentation to ensure process accuracy.
