Plant/-Level QMS Management Assistant Manager Job Description/: Our corporate quality and manufacturing compliance division's "Process Architect" and "Regulatory Anchor" is the Assistant Manager/-Quality Management System /(QMS Certification, Audits & Compliance Specialist/). Your main responsibility is to design, implement, audit, and protect the complete procedural framework that controls our plant's quality benchmarks, while shop floor operators oversee machine parameters and operational quality engineers handle component/-level inspections. You assume full organisational responsibility for upholding adherence to global standards like ISO and IATF. As the "Guardian of Corporate Quality Policy, Corrective Action Tracks, Audit Readiness, and Regulatory Compliance Metrics," you oversee all internal and external compliance evaluations. Key Duties QMS Framework & Certification Management/: Create, manage, and enhance the facility's QMS structure to guarantee continual ISO/IATF certification at every operational node. Audit Orchestration & Execution/:
Oversee the Internal Quality Audit /(IQA/) schedules for the whole plant and act as the primary point of contact and technical host for any external registrar, regulatory, and tier/-1 customer compliance audits. CAPA & Root Cause Investigations/: Oversee the examination of internal audit non/-conformances, customer complaints, and systemic process failures; monitor the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions /(CAPA/) and verify their efficacy utilising Fishbone, 8D, and 5/-Why techniques. Document Control Architecture/: Oversee the master document management system and make sure that all engineering specifications, control plans, work instructions, and SOPs are distributed, authorised, and updated in a methodical manner.
