Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented, and client-centric Assistant
Manager of Client Solutions & Operations to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of
our marketing and advertising campaigns. In this role, you will bridge the gap
between client expectations and operational excellence. You will lead a small
team of specialists to execute, optimize, and report on multi-channel campaigns,
ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client
KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Operations & Execution

* End-to-End Management: Oversee the onboarding, setup, execution, and delivery
of client campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., Programmatic,
Social, Search, Email, or Display).

* Quality Assurance: Implement strict QA processes to ensure creative assets,
tracking links (UTMs), targeting parameters, and budgets are error-free
before launch.

* Resource Allocation: Manage workflow distribution within the operations team
to meet strict client deadlines and SLAs.

2. Client Solutions & Strategy

* Consultative Partnering:



Act as the primary operational point of contact for
key clients, translating their business goals into actionable campaign
strategies.

* Performance Optimization: Proactively monitor campaign pacing and performance
data; suggest and implement real-time optimizations to maximize client ROI.

* Insightful Reporting: Lead the creation of post-campaign analysis (PCA)
reports, delivering meaningful insights and strategic recommendations rather
than just raw data.

3. Team Leadership & Process Improvement

* Mentorship: Supervise, mentor, and upskill a team of campaign
executives/specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

* Workflow Automation: Identify bottlenecks in the current campaign lifecycle
and implement process improvements or automation tools to increase
operational efficiency.
