We are seeking a Sr Software Engineer (Workday Integration) to join our team and
play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between
Workday and other enterprise systems.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
* At least 2-4 years of experience in integration design and development, with
a focus on Workday integrations.
* Proficiency in Workday integration tools and technologies, API development,
and data mapping/transformation.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.
* Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA for managing user stories, tasks,
and sprints.
* Workday Integration Certification(s) preferred.

It would be great if you

* If you also have experience in XML, XSLT, Workday Studio

What will you be doing in this role?

* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand integration requirements
and design scalable, efficient solutions aligned to business needs.




* Develop and implement integrations using Workday tools such as Workday
Studio, EIB, Web Services, BIRT, Custom Reports, and Integration Cloud
Connectors.
* Design and build API-based and custom integrations, ensuring data accuracy,
integrity, and smooth data flow between systems.
* Define data mappings and transformations, manage data synchronization, and
troubleshoot integration issues with proper root cause analysis.
* Perform end-to-end testing, support existing integrations (including
payroll), and create documentation, guidelines, and training for users and
stakeholders.
