Serve as the initial point of contact for line problems, sending out plant maintenance engineers right away when a machine stops working and organising rapid fixes to optimise Overall Equipment Effectiveness /(OEE/). Keep an eye on hourly inline quality checks, work with Quality Engineers to fix dimensional or cosmetic flaws, stop lines when thresholds are exceeded, and separate non/-conforming lots.
