Support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
Source and screen resumes through job portals and LinkedIn.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
Communicate with candidates for interview updates and follow-ups.
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.
Documentation of current joiners.
Prepare basic recruitment reports and MIS.
Assist in day-to-day HR and talent acquisition tasks.
