Job Purpose:The purpose of having this position is to provide well proficient training culture on job safety, part Analysis training (Specific to job) and quality system requirements to all new employees recruits in all Dyehouse and Finishing operations.



This training will help manufacturing to meet the output on time with valuable safety and quality. To train all the new employees as per the standard operating procedure and ensure to make them completely fit for the job in 6 weeks’ time.

Key Result Areas:

Recruit the new male, female, contract employees based on the job requirement.
Support to designing the training manual based on the needs of the organisation.
Conducting one day orientation training program for all employees.
Conduct a written test to check knowledge of safety and SOP. If the employee scores less than 100 marks in either Safety or SOP, retrain all basic lessons and conduct the test again.
Monitor and review employee performance through evaluations and discussions with managers.
Promote and maintain discipline and order in the workplace, monitor and control Absenteeism.
Maintain good and friendly relations in the workplace.
Promote effective communication within all s
