The Store Executive will be responsible for material inward, outward, stock records, store arrangement, and coordination with purchase, production, dispatch, and accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming materials as per PO, challan, invoice, and GRN.
- Maintain stock records physically and in system.
- Issue materials to production/dispatch as per requirement.
- Maintain proper material location, labelling, and store cleanliness.
- Coordinate with purchase team for shortage and pending material.
- Support monthly stock audit and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper documentation for all inward and outward movements.
Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge.
Valuable understanding of stock handling and documentation.
Discipline in record keeping and follow-up.
Experience
1 to 3 years in store, inventory, manufacturing, or electrical material handling.
