We are seeking an experienced
Lead AWS Migration Engineer with Gen AI expertise
to drive end-to-end cloud migration initiatives and integrate modern AI capabilities into enterprise workloads. The ideal candidate will lead complex migration projects, architect scalable AWS solutions and bring cutting-edge Generative AI services into cloud transformation processes.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end migration of on-prem applications to AWS (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor)
- Assess existing infrastructure, identify dependencies and define a migration strategy
- Design scalable, secure and cost-optimized AWS architectures
- Utilize AWS migration tools such as AWS Application Migration Service (MGN), AWS Database Migration Service (DMS), AWS DataSync and Snowball
- Build and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, CodePipeline)
- Implement monitoring and logging using CloudWatch, CloudTrail and Prometheus
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into cloud workloads including chatbots,



automation and data insights
- Apply Generative AI and AI services such as Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker and OpenAI APIs to modern cloud solutions
- Drive AI-driven automation in DevOps and migration processes

Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in cloud engineering and migration roles
- Expertise in leading end-to-end AWS migration projects (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor)
- Proficiency in AWS migration tools including AWS MGN, AWS DMS and AWS DataSync/Snowball
- Skills in AWS compute services such as EC2, Lambda and ECS/EKS
- Knowledge of AWS storage services including S3, EBS and EFS
- Background in AWS database services such as RDS, Aurora and DynamoDB
- Competency in AWS networking with VPC, VPN and Direct Connect
- Understanding of AWS security services including IAM, KMS and Secrets Manager
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and CloudFormation
- Expertise in CI/CD
