Job Description Automation Engineer

Level of Core Expertise Required: 4-8 years
Qualification Required: B.E. in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation

Primary Skills
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in automation engineering on PLCs (Siemens PCS 7, S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200, S7-1500 TIA Portal, Rockwell, ABB, etc.) / SCADA (WinCC, Wonderware, Cimplicity, etc.).
- Experience across complete project life cycle from design phase to commissioning.
- Exposure to domains such as Process & Factory Automation.
- Hands-on experience in software development, logic development, and PLC programming.
- Experience in commissioning and leading site activities.
- Knowledge of preparing technical documents, fault finding, project execution, and remote site support.
- Exposure to retrofit projects in automation and drives (PLCs, VFDs, Servo Drives,



DC Drives).
- Ability to report project progress effectively.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs Day-to-Day Tasks)

- Handling communication protocols such as Profibus and Profinet.
