Position Overview

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules and resource plans for Venus Good Will Tower construction/fit-out activities in GIFT City, ensuring timely project delivery and optimal resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule Development Management
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard software (Primavera P6/MS Project)
- Develop baseline schedules and track progress against milestones
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to establish realistic timelines
- Identify critical paths and potential schedule risks
Resource Planning
- Forecast resource requirements (labor, materials, equipment) based on project phases
- Monitor resource allocation and utilization across work packages
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure resource availability
- Track and report on resource constraints and bottlenecks
Progress Monitoring Reporting




- Conduct regular schedule reviews and variance analysis
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports with earned value metrics
- Update schedules based on actual progress and changes
- Flag delays and recommend corrective actions to project management
Coordination Communication
- Facilitate planning meetings with project stakeholders
- Interface with design, engineering, and construction teams
- Support look-ahead planning and short-term scheduling activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Robust understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of GIFT City regulations and compliance requirements (preferred)
