Role Description
The HR Admin Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling onboarding and exit formalities, and supporting payroll and attendance processes. The role involves assisting in the implementation of HR policies, coordinating recruitment activities, organizing interviews, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The HR Admin Executive will respond to employee queries,



help resolve basic employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with company guidelines and statutory requirements. This is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, requiring close coordination with internal departments and timely preparation of HR reports and documentation.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software or HRIS tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
