- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration and support of SAP HR modules focusing on Employee Data and Performance/Talent Management.
- Translate "Hire-to-Retire" business processes into SAP functional designs and system configurations.
- Manage HR master data troubleshooting and ensure data integrity for global employee records.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize talent management workflows and performance tracking tools.
- Provide support during core hours, ensuring adherence to ITSM processes and service level agreements (SLAs).
