About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
National Sales & Marketing Manager
to lead our PAN India Sales & Marketing operations for our Urology product portfolio. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership experience, a proven sales track record, and the ability to drive business growth across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

✔Lead and drive PAN India Sales & Marketing for the Urology product portfolio.

✔Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

✔Build and maintain strong relationships with Doctors, Surgeons, OT Staff, Hospitals, Distributors, and Channel Partners.

✔Conduct regular field visits, product presentations,



customer meetings, and order follow-ups.

✔Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across India.

✔Lead, mentor, and coordinate Regional Sales Managers to achieve business goals.

✔Monitor Regional Sales Managers' performance, review sales pipelines, implement sales strategies, and improve productivity.

✔Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales Reports, MIS, Sales Forecasts, and Performance Dashboards.

✔Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience in Medical Device Manufacturing, Medical Device Sales, or Pharmaceutical Sales.
- Currently holding or previously held the role of
National Sales Manager, National Sales & Marketing Manager
, or a similar PAN India leadership position.
- Proven experience managing Regional Sales Managers and PAN
