Designation: Jr. Accounts and MIS

Reporting to : operations head & Accounts Manager

Candidates From Industry Type: Media, Advertising, Real Estate, Services based industry (not manufacturing)

Qualification: CA Preferred, MBA Finance, M.Com or B.Com with relevant experience.

Years of experience: 2-3 years of experience in MIS, Accounting & Data handling

CTC: 2.5 to 3 LPA ( Hike will be given as per market standard percentage and skillset experience

Working Days: Mon. to Sat.

Working Time: 9.30am to 6.30pm

Job Profile:
- Prepare Age wise payment outflow sheet on a weekly basis
- Digital and physical filing of all vendors and creditor bills
- Vendor Registration & on boarding
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Punch Tally entries and maintain vendor ledgers
- Work in sync with operations team & Accounts Team
- Record, file and reconcile petty cash transactions along with employee claims
- Create POs (Purchase Orders) for vendors and purchasers
- Liaising with third party providers, vendors, suppliers and internal team.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure their Invoices are received on time & with correct Billing details.
- Reconcile vendor invoices on GST portal
- Maintain & Reconcile TDS for Accounts Payable
- Maintain MIS of all expenses with GST segregation in e
