Looking for a
Factory Manager
for a certified food processing company in
Nhavi, Jalgaon
(near Faizpur & Bhusawal, Maharashtra).

The company manufactures spices, herbal powders, and dehydrated products and is looking for an experienced professional to oversee day-to-day factory operations.

Key responsibilities:
- Supervising production — scheduling, output, and quality
- Managing inward material inspection and outward dispatch
- Overseeing bookkeeping coordination with accounts staff
- Leading and managing factory personnel
- Handling vendor, buyer, and audit visits at the facility
- Serving as the primary point of contact for remote leadership

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in food factory or processing plant management
- Hands-on approach to operations and people management
- Robust attention to process adherence and discipline
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

Location:
Nhavi, Tal. Yawal, Dist. Jalgaon. Candidates from Faizpur, Bhusawal, Yawal, and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply. Accommodation at the factory location is available for the right candidate.
