About the Role

We are seeking an AI & US Immigration Legal Intern interested in building practical experience in US employment-based immigration, legal operations, global mobility, and AI-assisted legal workflows.

All immigration-related work will be completed under appropriate supervision. The intern will not independently provide legal advice, determine immigration eligibility, or represent individuals before government agencies.

Organize immigration case files, supporting documents, checklists, and timelines.

Track visa expiration dates, filing windows, employment authorization dates, and follow-up requirements.
