Role & responsibilities

*Designing the HR strategy* :
- Lead the design of HR strategy for the organization in sync with the overall organizational strategy, talent trends, regulatory framework with respect to workforce, changing business requirements, competition landscape, and values of the organization.
- Draft action plans which are in alignment with the HR strategy pertaining to talent management, learning and development, total rewards, talent acquisition, employee relations and engagement, business partnering, compliance, etc.
- Track and monitor the achievement against these plans frequently and provide support/ guidance to the team as required

*Managing & developing talent:*
- Oversee the design and participate in capability building plans for team and take corrective action wherever required to increase its effectiveness
- Review and approve the talent management and L&D; policies of the organization and monitor the execution to ensure efficient and effective deployment

*Manpower planning and hiring* :
- Liaise with MD,



Directors and Department Heads in designing the high level organization structure based on issues with current structure, internal and external benchmarking studies, changes in business processes, projected business expansion, and inefficiencies identified in areas such as span of control, role overlaps, etc.
- Review and develop annual workforce plans, created in alignment with business growth projections and drive execution of the plans
- Drive the hiring of positions, participate in assessing the person and position fit and ensure closure of positions as per the needs of the organization

*Motivating and engaging the right talent* :
- Review and approve the organizations rewards philosophy encompassing compensation, benefits, and non-monetary rewards that ensures market competitiveness and ability to create differentiation while maintaining cost effectiveness and adherence to budgetary limits
