Role Overview

The Telecaller will be responsible for client calling, enquiry generation, follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into business.

Key Responsibilities
- Make daily calls to recent clients, existing clients, old clients, and enquiry leads.
- Generate enquiries for cable trays, earthing products, wires, cables, and electrical products.
- Follow up on quotations, pending enquiries, payments, and purchase orders.
- Maintain calling reports and update CRM regularly.
- Share product details, catalogues, and company information with clients.
- Coordinate with sales executives for visits and order closures.
- Reactivate inactive customers and collect references.

Required Skills

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Experience

Fresher / 1 to 3 years experience in telecalling, sales coordination, or customer support.
