Job Title: Sales Executive ATL & BTL Marketing

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales Executive to execute and support Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales. The ideal candidate will coordinate on-ground activations, promotional campaigns, corporate tie-ups, and local marketing activities while ensuring seamless execution and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

ATL Activities
- Coordinate ATL campaigns including print, radio, outdoor advertising, cinema, and digital media.
- Assist in planning and executing brand awareness campaigns across multiple channels.
- Coordinate with media agencies and vendors for campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign timelines and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

BTL Activities
- Plan and execute on-ground promotional activities, product sampling, roadshows, kiosks, and mall activations.
- Organize corporate tie-ups, apartment activations, school and college events, fitness center partnerships, and community engagement programs.




- Coordinate with cafs/stores to execute local store marketing initiatives.
- Manage promotional merchandise, branding materials, and event logistics.
- Build relationships with local businesses, event organizers, and community partners.

Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads through BTL activations and convert them into business opportunities.
- Identify current avenues for customer acquisition and partnerships.
- Support franchise marketing initiatives and local promotional campaigns.
- Track leads generated and measure campaign effectiveness.

Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain records of marketing activities, expenses, and campaign outcomes.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Design, and Store teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to improve future campaigns.
