Our Large Enterprise (LE) Engineering/Engineering Manager is a technical people
leadership role responsible for leading our software development and QA
professionals.
Stack: Our LE financial close solutions have been built leveraging a multitude
of technologies, including Microsoft (.NET) and Java. We employ relational
databases on MS SQL Server and we logically separate our solutions to provide
our customers with data integrity and security. We are currently a
single-tenant solution and we continue to invest in our product/technology to
optimize and modernize the application architecture – leveraging API first and
micro-services pattern based approaches to deliver a solution that will support
and scale to meet the needs of our current and future customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Ownership to build engineering teams in a competitive market and manage
global teams on expectations on skillset/competencies.
* Train, coach and Guide team members to establish new Scrum teams in
collaboration with global teams
* Analyzes and investigates applications engineering tasks, and prepares design
specifications, analysis and recommendations. Manager of a medium-size
group/project.
* Provides innovative solutions to complex problems and communicates progress
toward project/program goals.
* Champions the appropriate use of AI tools/methodologies to ensure optimal
operational efficiency of the team as well as tracking use of such tools
* Oversees the delivery of products within budget, schedule and quality
guidelines.
