GenAI Technical Architect Pune · Full Time · Hybrid

About the Role We are seeking a Hands-on AI Solutions Architect with strong experience in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and enterprise-scale AI deployments. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, drive solution architecture, and lead the implementation of production-ready AI solutions. The candidate should have practical experience designing, building, and deploying AI applications, along with a strong understanding of data engineering, cloud platforms, and up-to-date AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities




- Design and implement enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Architect and optimize RAG, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Drive technical design, architecture decisions, and implementation best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Lead the deployment of AI solutions into production environments and address operational challenges.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance across AI initiatives.

Requirements
- Have 12+ years of experience in relevant fields.
- Possess strong hands-on experience with Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Have experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Have knowledge of Graph RAG, Neo4j, vector search, and hybrid retrieval approaches.
- Have experience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or similar orchestration frameworks.
