- Architecture and Design principles
- Exposure to designing distributed and scalable enterprise applications
- Full stack experience preferably with .Net, Angular, Python, MS SQL, Kafka
- AI implementation using contemporary Agentic framework
- End to end DevOps for code quality
- Mentoring Team for design and development, Code reviews and implementation of coding best practices
- Managing large scrum teams
- Experience Product Development
