Overview: Seeking an AI Prompt Engineer with experience designing, optimizing, and evaluating prompts, system instructions, and interaction workflows for LLM-powered applications. The role involves improving AI output quality, safety, reasoning, and user experience across enterprise AI products and generative AI solutions.
- Design, test, and optimize prompts and system instructions for LLM-based applications and AI workflows.
- Build evaluation frameworks to measure prompt quality, response accuracy, safety, and consistency.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, product teams, and developers to improve model outputs and user interactions.
- Develop prompt libraries, reusable templates, and prompt versioning strategies.
- Test prompts across multiple model providers, APIs, and fine-tuned LLM variants.
- Support RAG workflows, structured outputs, agentic AI interactions, and conversational AI systems.
- Analyze model behavior, hallucinations, edge cases, and response reliability issues.
- Document prompt engineering standards, experimentation results, and best practices.




- Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, generative AI tooling, evaluation methods, and AI safety practices.
- Experience with chain-of-thought prompting, structured output generation, and agentic AI workflows.
- Understanding of AI evaluation metrics, red-teaming, hallucination reduction, and responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Experience working with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLM ecosystems.
- Robust analytical thinking, experimentation, and communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related field. Hands-on experience building and evaluating AI/LLM applications is highly preferred.
