Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Freelance Business Development Executive
with prior exposure to the
recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting industry
.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, approach, qualify, and convert companies with active recruitment requirements into clients for Navya Nexus.

This is a
performance-driven, commission-based freelance chance
suitable for professionals who already understand recruitment business development, client acquisition, hiring mandates, and B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify companies with active or upcoming hiring requirements.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals, networking, and other outbound channels.




- Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Founders, CEOs, and other decision-makers.
- Understand the prospect’s hiring requirements, including roles, number of positions, locations, salary ranges, timelines, and recruitment challenges.
- Present Navya Nexus recruitment services and value proposition to prospective clients.
- Conduct follow-ups and move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate client discussions, proposals, commercial negotiations, and recruitment agreements.
- Support the conversion of qualified prospects into active recruitment clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships that can generate recurring recruitment mandates.

Mandatory Requirements
- Prior experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales within a recruitment agency, staffing company
