Strategy & Operations organization. This function is responsible for
architecting and leading strategic roadmaps, functional transformations,
continuous improvement, strategic initiatives, and performance management across
R&D; and delivering business results that drive peak R&D; Productivity and
Operational Excellence globally. The team will also be focused on building
critical business and operational excellence capabilities that enable Amgen to
respond to rapid advancements in science and technology within a rapidly
changing business environment.
We are seeking a dynamic Business Performance Senior Manager based out India to
join our team, dedicated to driving value by streamlining Amgen's most critical
cross-functional processes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with
leaders and stakeholders on high-priority strategic initiatives aimed at
simplifying end-to-end operations.
Key Responsibilities:

planning.
