Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development team in designing, developing, and implementing IT solutions using BMIDE, Teamcenter, and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions that meet customer needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects by managing project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in BMIDE, Teamcenter, customization.
- Robust understanding of ITK (Integrated Technical Knowledge) concepts and ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality standards are met.
