Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for Healthcare, Administrative, Finance, and other Non-IT roles. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and clients to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates while maintaining a high-quality recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions including Healthcare, Administrative, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Skilled Trades.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.




- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts and onboarding activities.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets and turnaround times.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and client requirements.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for Healthcare, Administrative, Finance, Logistics, or Light Industrial positions.
- Strong experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals such as Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, and
