We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to join our recruitment team in

Role Overview:

The Recruitment Account Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment operations, handling client relationships, and leading a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute RPO recruitment programs for clients across different hiring requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure smooth communication and delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet recruitment targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, quality metrics, and recruitment SLAs.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to improve hiring efficiency.




- Understand client requirements and ensure timely candidate delivery.
- Prepare recruitment reports, track hiring progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and maintain high standards of recruitment delivery.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in RPO, staffing, or recruitment operations.
- Robust experience in managing recruitment teams.
- Excellent client handling and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
