Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Head of Sales to lead the Sales and Business Development function for our Interior Fit-Out business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, securing high-value commercial projects, and leading high-performing sales teams within the interior fit-out, design & build, or construction industry.

The role demands robust commercial acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that support the organization's long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's vision, business objectives, and growth plans.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth while ensuring profitability and commercial excellence.
- Lead, mentor, motivate,



and develop a high-performing sales team through coaching, performance management, and continuous capability enhancement.
- Establish annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of key business objectives.
- Design and implement effective sales processes, reporting systems, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Business Development
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across corporate offices, commercial spaces, retail, hospitality, healthcare and mixed-use developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, developers, architects, interior designers, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), consultants, facility management companies, and channel partners.
