Role Overview

As our Digital Email Marketing Specialist, you will own the end-to-end cold email outreach engine — from list building and copywriting to sequencing, deliverability, and conversion reporting. You will work closely with our sales and growth teams to fill the pipeline with qualified leads who could benefit from SalesDuo's Amazon and eCommerce services. Think of how companies like HighRadius leverage automated, data-driven outreach to reach enterprise finance teams — your mission is to bring that same precision and scale to our B2B marketing motion

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, build, and manage multi-step cold email sequences using tools such as Smartlead, Instantly, or equivalent platforms, targeting brand owners, CMOs, and eCommerce leaders.
2. Research and curate targeted prospect lists (ICP-aligned) using tools like Apollo, Clay, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator; maintain list hygiene and segmentation.
3. Write compelling, personalised email copy that resonates with eCommerce and Amazon brand owners — balancing value messaging with brevity and a transparent CTA.

Monitor and optimise deliverability: manage sender domains, warm-up inboxes, track bounce/spam rates, and maintain healthy sending infrastructure.
5. Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, email body variants, and CTAs; iterate rapidly based on open, reply, and conversion data.
6. Track campaign KPIs (open rate, reply rate, booked meetings, SQL rate) in a centralised dashboard and present weekly insights to leadership.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of warm leads and align messaging with ongoing deals and account intelligence.
8. Stay current on email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and best practices to ensure full compliance across all campaigns.
9. Explore and integrate AI-powered personalisation tools (e.g., Clay, Lavender) to increase reply rates at scale without sacrificing quality
