Role Description
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day service operations, ensuring timely completion of repair jobs and high standards of customer satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kochi and involves coordinating technician schedules, optimizing routes, and monitoring service quality and turnaround times. The Operations Manager will manage workflow processes, track operational performance metrics,



and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The role includes supervising staff, maintaining compliance with company policies, managing vendor and partner relationships, and handling escalations to resolve customer issues quickly. The Operations Manager will also collaborate with leadership on resource planning, budgeting, and operational strategy to support business growth.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in operations management, preferably in field service, home services, or related industries.
- Strong skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and performance management.
- Ability to manage scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization for on-site service teams.
- Proficiency in using basic office and operations tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or service management software).
