About the Opportunity
Aleph ONE is expanding from higher mathematics into the Teaching & General Competitive Exam segments (TET, TGT, PGT, SSC, Railways). We are looking for ambitious educators to create high-quality content and build a strong digital presence with full backend, marketing, and platform support provided.
Key Responsibilities
Phase 1 (Asset Creation): Complete the assigned syllabus in a 60-day cycle using focused 20-minute micro-lectures along with 15 CBT-style MCQs per topic.
Phase 2 (Engagement): Conduct a baseline of 8 live YouTube sessions per month covering PYQs, strategies, and exam analysis.
Short-Form Content: Record 12–15 YouTube Shorts/Instagram Reels per month focused on shortcuts, updates, and key concepts.
Desired Profiles
English: M.A. in English (NET/PGT/TGT preferred). Capable of teaching grammar, vocabulary, and TGT/PGT level literature.
Hindi: M.A. in Hindi (NET/PGT/TGT preferred). Command over Vyakaran and Sahitya ka Itihas.
General Knowledge / GS: Serious UPSC/State PSC aspirants (Mains/Interview appeared preferred). Strong command over static GK, Current Affairs, and core GS subjects.
Compensation Structure
Phase 1 Fixed Fee: ₹40,000 for complete syllabus asset delivery (released via milestones).
Phase 2 Retainer: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month for the baseline YouTube live sessions.
Incentives: Performance-linked bonuses including ₹10–₹15 per verified app install plus enrollment-based milestones.
Note: Engagement operates under a formal Work-for-Hire Agreement. All assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Aleph ONE.
